Change For The Better:
An Introduction to Employee
Health Benefits Captives

 Webinar on August 31, 2022 from 3:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern

Please join the Baltimore Chapter of ISCEBS for our August webinar "Change For The Better: An Introduction to Employee Health Benefits Captives" on Wednesday, August 31 at 3:00 pm Eastern. Our speaker is Tommy Lipner, GBA who is the Regional Sales Manager at Pareto Health.

This webinar will be a discussion about why employers are turning to employee health benefits captives programs to reduce the volatility of their health insurance renewals and to reduce the total cost of their healthcare spend. The key is to move away from a 12-month buying cycle and to find a sustainable multi-year solution.  Captive differentiators compared to the typical fully insured and self-funded solutions will be reviewed.
